The International Drug Policy Reform Conference is a biennial event held in Washington, D.C. that brings together people from around the globe to focus attention on much-needed drug policy reform. For three days, more than 1,000 people from 30 countries learn about alternatives to the war on drugs while participating in sessions given by leading experts from around the world.
